Also, any images loaded will be brought up in this page... I thought about automatically having another browser window pop up and load the pictures, but decided against it for both the annoyance factor and the fact that some people have slower computers. For right now, you can right-click and choose "Open in new window" (or something to that effect) if you don't want it loaded here. | |
.jpg | This is a picture of the people that went to the faire, and is an almost-comeplete shot of "the group". Not pictured: Randy, Carrie. |
.jpg | This is Trey trying to climb a small rope ladder. The objective is to ring the bell at the top, without flipping over -- ladder is suspended by two points in the exact center, so that it can "roll" over. (He didn't do it :-) ) |
.jpg | This is Leeann giving Mr. Duck high-web. (See next few pictures so this will make sense.) |
.jpg | This is a picture of the man and the duck. This guy had an absolutely hilarious show, and it was almost completely silent. We were told the duck has his own show, but it's an "adult" show, so it was not performed. |
.jpg | This is Mr. Duck sitting on his bench. Throughout the entire show, the duck didn't move an inch. (Maybe I should be a poet?) |
.jpg | This is the finale of the show. Each guy had to sit on a bucket with his legs together, and his knees behind the back of the person in front of him in the circle. Then, each guy laid back on the knees of the fellow behind, with his arms extended. Then the buckets were removed :-) The person in the black t-shirt and ball cap is Dave. |
.jpg | A picture of the duck playing a drum. This was how the dude got everyone's attention -- by having the duck beat on the drum and yelling, "Come see the duck play the drum, come look and see how many people will stop to watch the duck play the drum!" |
.jpg | This is from the first Human Chess Match. This picture was taken towards the end, after all hell had broken loose. See the next few pictures. |
.jpg | This is a shot of a more "organized" match. The King of each side dictates where each of his peices will move. If another peice occupies the square, the rest of the board is cleared and there is a mock battle between the two before the moving peice is allowed to take the square. The "theme" from this year's Chess Match was Robin Hood vs. some evil looking people. Hehe. |
.jpg | A scene from a joust. It was one of those disposable (Shudder) cameras, so the quality isn't that good. |
.jpg | One of the first shows that we encountered this year, this fellow ate and juggled fire, large knives, etc. This was at the end for a finale -- He is walking across a tightrope and juggling flaming torches. |
.jpg | This is Trey (Hehe) trying on (Heh heh) a hat (Haha) from one of the vendors. I took this shot :-) |
.jpg | Dave testing his might at one of those hit-the-thing-with-a-big-hammer-and-see-if-you-can-ring-the-bell kind of things. |
.jpg | This is Trey doing the same thing. I think that Trey *almost* rung the bell. |
